Thai soup with prowns

Hi guys! Today I wanna share my great recipe for Thai soup with coconut milk and Tom Kha paste.
P.S. The recipe is from Tom Kha paste by Kanokwan package
ingredients:
- Kanokwan Tom Kha paste
- a can of coconut milk by Blue Dragon ( 400 ml)
- 200 ml of water
- one big champignon
- 1/3 of white radish
- 1/3 of  zucchini
- 500 g of unpeeled shrimps
- Chinese noodle like ulong or rice noodles


preparation time: cir. 30 min


1. Peel the shrimps.
2. Boil 200 ml of coconut milk.
3. Add the whole package of Tom Kha paste and peeled shrimps.
4. Simmer the whole dish till the shrimps are almost done.
5. Pour 200 ml of water and boil.
6. Add champignon chopped into cubes and white radish and zucchini chopped into slices.
7. Pour the rest of the coconut milk and cook covered with the lid till the veggies are done.
8. Cook the pasta.
9. Serve in a small bowl with noodles and parsley or coriander.
